About this home
Two houses, one pool. Big families and groups share the garden and the water, and each keeps its own space. Noto is a few minutes’ drive.
Villa Ficuzza is two independent houses standing side by side in the quiet countryside around Noto, sharing a private pool, a garden and a patio. It is made for large families and groups of friends who want to be together by the pool and still have their own kitchen and their own door.
Between them the two houses have three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two kitchens, for up to ten guests. The interiors are simple and refined, and the pool is for guests only.
Noto’s Baroque centre is a few minutes away by car, and the beaches of the south-east coast are close.
