Your home, away from home
Two friends, two mothers and a handful of homes between the sea, the mountain and the old town of Catania.
Alessia and Giusy
We are the two people behind Holiday in the CT: friends first, mothers both, and the hosts who will answer when you write to us.
For us, a holiday home should feel as if someone has thought about you before you arrive, not like a key left under a mat.
That is how we host: a plan for your days, help to get in, and a friendly voice on the phone while you are here.
“Your home, away from home.”
Thought about before you arrive
The same few things come with every stay, whichever home you choose.
A personalised itinerary
Tell us who is travelling and what you enjoy. We put together a plan with maps, links and our own advice, and a digital guide to your home and the area around it.
How it works →
Check-in by video
Before you arrive we send short video tutorials that walk you from the street to your front door. In most of our homes, self check-in works at any hour.
Someone to ask
We are on WhatsApp for the whole of your stay, for a change of plan, a question about the home or a place to eat tonight.
Homes set up by mothers
We know what it takes to travel with little ones, because we do it too.
Cots and toys are available on request, so you can pack a little lighter. Just tell us their ages when you enquire.
